Cancellation Policy

BY BOOKING AT LOCH SPORT CARAVAN PARK YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS

· Deposit required at time of reservation is a minimum of $100.00 on each camping sites (powered & unpowered)

· Deposit is required upon making the reservation with the BALANCE on arrival of what was stated at the time of reservation.

· NO REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO ALL SITES & ALL EXTRA GUEST ON SITES ACCOMODATION ONCE CHECKED IN.

· Cancellations prior to 30 days will receive a full refund of deposit paid.

· Cancellations within 30 days from arrival will be charged the full deposit amount they paid at time of reservation, unless we are closed due to COVID 19(NO EXCEPTIONS)
